They can add quite a bit to the cost, but if you want a unique bathroom where you can relax and enjoy some time alone, it might be worth the cost.
Speaking of cost, your budget is another decision you'll need to make. If you do not have a budget in mind, it's easy to overspend on your bathroom fixtures. While you might want all the best equipment, the cost might not be quite so attractive. Make sure you know what you can justify spending before you set out to find all the fixtures you want.
