Dieting can cause the following symptoms if not done properly. Prolonged hunger, Depression, Reduced sex drive, Fatigue, Irritability, Fainting, Sinus problems, Muscle atrophy, Rashes, Acidosis, Bloodshot eyes, Gallbladder disease, Seizures, Malnutrition possibly leading to death.

Care should be taken immediately and a Physician consulted before doing any type of dieting. It’s imperative that you take the utmost care of yourself.
